We are embarking upon a significant period of business and technology transformation and are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to help us better understand what we do now, and where we need to go with our future technology. In this role you will help drive and deliver key change projects across our group of companies and play a lead role in implementing our systems and processes for the future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Duties
- Work closely with product and business stakeholders to understand the business strategy, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives, while remaining accountable for delivering on expectations.
- Define the project scope and objectives, setting clear goals that align with business priorities and ensure efficient use of resources for maximum commercial value.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions for key business projects, facilitating collaboration and adapting to evolving needs, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all stakeholders.
- Run multiple projects, keeping stakeholders aligned through regular updates and ensuring wider programme plans and highlight reports are communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
- Manage project plans, resources, and budgets with a focus on delivering value within constraints, ensuring financial responsibility and maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes.
- Manage risks, actions, and issues, recording key decisions with a transparent approach, ensuring that risks are mitigated, and stakeholders are informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish quality, time, and cost metrics, regularly reporting progress to ensure that projects are meeting defined standards, and continuously seeking ways to improve performance.

Qualification, Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Capable of managing complex projects with a focus on clarity and simplicity, ensuring that the approach benefits all stakeholders and addresses their needs effectively.
- Effective in working with a broad range of internal teams, vendors, and partners, fostering a cohesive and collaborative approach to achieve the required business outcomes.
Essential:
- Possess excellent analytical and decision-making skills, demonstrating the ability to make informed choices and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Demonstrate excellent collaborative team working skills, contributing positively to team dynamics and ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, showing adaptability and flexibility, while handling complex change and prioritising key activities with resilience.
- Proficiency in all core Microsoft applications and MS Project/Project Management Tools, applying technical skills to enhance project efficiency and deliver commercial value.
- Hold Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or AgilePM, showcasing a commitment to best practices and accountability in project management.
Desirable:
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall projects, demonstrating versatility in project management approaches and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in managing software and business change projects, including Digital Transformation Programmes, reflecting a focus on delivering impactful and commercially valuable outcomes.
