LOCATION
Hybrid working, a blend of home and office working. Requires attendance in the Penrith office two days per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Welplan provides employee benefits tailored for companies in the construction industry. Established in the 1970s, we offer coverage for sick pay, death benefits, and accident benefits. Welplan is fully owned by the Building Engineering Services Association, committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
About the Role
Welplan is updating its client information and is seeking two Client Due Diligence (CDD) Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will handle client correspondence and perform thorough risk assessments on companies and their beneficial owners, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will also undertake administrative duties for the benefit schemes, contributing to a seamless client experience.
This is a fixed term position for 12 months
Key Duties
- Review client-provided information and documentation for accuracy and completeness, demonstrating accountability in your work.
- Assist clients in providing the correct information if initial submissions are incomplete, showing care and empathy in addressing their needs.
- Create and manage client files, processing the provided data with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct sanction searches and adverse media screenings, documenting findings in client files to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Perform risk assessments on client files, applying critical thinking and agility to adapt to varying client circumstances.
- Maintain precise records throughout the data collection, processing, and risk assessment stages, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally, maintaining records of all interactions to enhance client satisfaction and trust.
- Carry out scheme administration tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our benefit offerings.
About You
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience with Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes and procedures, showcasing commerciality and expertise in your field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to streamline communication and documentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, reflecting a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating customer empathy and the ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to solve problems and develop creative solutions, embodying the value of agility.
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills, supporting personal and professional growth.
- Proven ability to work towards deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Capability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
